This mural was created by Brandon Hill, known for his large-scale public arts, murals, contemporary arts, and “dope projects.” Dedicated to NHL player Alexander Ovechkin, who is considered to be the “greatest goal-scorer in NHL history,” this piece represents the connection between the Adams Morgan community and DC sports.
